1) Please request a complaint form and submit it when completed to the reception desk.
You will receive an answer within 30 days.
2) If the answer is not satisfactory, you may request and submit an application to the secretary’s office, to arrange a meeting with the person in charge of this service. You will be notified by telephone within 48 hours of the time and date of the appointment.
3) In case your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction during the meeting, you may request and submit a complaint form to the reception addressed to consumer services (*).
(*) in agreement with customer deffence regulations, the amount of the claim should not exceed 1.200€.
